Flagship programme

Small Business Digital Clinic

The Small Business Digital Clinic is a TEFA Studio programme in which UNMAHA students, guided by lecturers and industry volunteers, help micro-businesses set up an online catalogue, simple bookkeeping, and one sales channel. Free for businesses during the pilot.

Services

Three core services

Online catalogue

Products and prices shown clearly on channels buyers already use, such as a WhatsApp Business catalogue or a Google business profile.

Simple bookkeeping

Daily sales and expense records the owner can keep up on their own.

One sales channel

One online sales channel, chosen together and set up until it works.

We use common free tools. Businesses are never required to buy any product or service.

How it works

From sign-up to measured results

  1. Initial checkThe business's digital situation is recorded before support begins.
  2. Hands-on supportEach student squad supports at most three businesses, guided by lecturers and industry volunteers.
  3. Final checkResults are recorded again and re-checked three months later.

Pilot

Target and how we measure

Pilot target: 18 businesses, January–March 2027. This is a target, not an achievement. Results will be reported on the Impact page.

  • Number of businesses supported
  • Online catalogues published
  • Sales channels still active three months after support
  • Before-and-after data per business, published only with the owner's permission

Run with Universitas Mahakarya Asia (UNMAHA) as the academic partner. Programme funds are received by Yayasan Cendekia Indonesia Sleman.
