The TEFA Opportunity Pool invites students and alumni to build three things at once: knowledge and certificates, experience selling real products, and a reward for every valid sale. The most consistent can rise to become TEFA Mentors.
What you get
Three things from one movement
Knowledge and certificates
Classes on careers and certification, then a numbered internal TEFA competency certificate. Certificates from other bodies follow only after a written agreement.
Experience selling real products
Not a classroom simulation. Every sale is recorded and can go into your portfolio.
A reward for valid sales
Only from genuine purchases that are paid in full and past the return period. The amount is set per product and announced before you start.

From participant to Lead Mentor
- ParticipantAnyone in the ecosystem. Joins the career and certification class and receives an affiliate code.
- AffiliateHas closed a first sale. Shares real products with their own network.
- District CaptainAn affiliate active in one district who represents the ecosystem there and helps new affiliates learn.
- MentorSelected alumni who mentor participants, starting with teams inside the ecosystem.
- Lead MentorMentors with the strongest track record. Trains other mentors and represents TEFA at events.
The direction of this movement: one Captain in every district in Indonesia. That is a direction, not a promise about numbers.
Cohort 0
It starts from within
Cohort 0 is internal first: staff, the TEFA team, lecturers, and active UNMAHA students. We test the process with people we know before opening the door to everyone.

TEFA Mentors
A status you earn, not one you sign up for
- SelectionFor alumni: track record in the ecosystem and an interview.
- Teaching testA short teaching session in front of real participants.
- InaugurationInaugurated at an ecosystem event with a numbered certificate.
The first mentors guide staff, interns, and resellers inside the ecosystem. Mentor status can be withdrawn for breaking the code of conduct.

Ground rules
What we hold to
- Not a pyramid scheme. Rewards come only from selling real goods or services to buyers. There is no reward for recruiting people and no sign-up fee.
- No income promises. We do not quote expected monthly earnings.
- No job promises. Certificates and experience strengthen your chances; they do not decide a hiring outcome.
- The certificates issued today are numbered internal TEFA certificates. Other bodies are named only after a written agreement.
- Your contact list stays yours. We do not ask for it or store it.
