Donation & Refund Policy
Provisions

Recipient
- All donations are received by Yayasan Cendekia Indonesia Sleman into the dedicated TEFA Programme account. PT Adolo Coaching Mentoring receives no donations.
Receipts
- Every confirmed donation receives a numbered receipt issued by the foundation.
Refunds
- Refund requests for mistaken transfers or wrong amounts can be submitted with the transfer proof.
- The deadline, refund method, and transfer fees are set by the foundation's board and listed here before donations open.
Donations from abroad
- International donations use the same account via SWIFT. The foundation's reporting obligations for foreign funds are being checked before this channel opens.
